Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to map 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop and publish horizon-scanning reports with quantitative/qualitative frameworks
- Design strategic innovation pipelines for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and build external thought leadership networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategy consulting, or tech innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research on exponential technologies or societal shifts
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Proven track record advising C-suite on future strategy
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
