Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and environmental trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI)
- Architect innovation roadboards aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Chair cross-functional future-labs with C-suite executives and external thought partners
- Produce predictive models using advanced data analytics and machine learning
- Present disruption forecasts to global stakeholders through immersive experiences
- Curate proprietary foresight methodologies and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies and scenario-planning methodologies
- Experience leading high-stakes innovation initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks and climate-tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Portfolio of published foresight work or disruptive innovations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
