Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in at least one major programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation teams across global markets
