Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives to identify and quantify disruptive trends across 15+ industries
- Develop innovation roadmaps and strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Chair executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership reports published in top-tier industry publications
- Manage a $2M+ R&D portfolio for emerging technology incubation
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of innovation partners
- Present strategic recommendations to board-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or foresight leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of implementing strategic foresight programs
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational change
- Strong network with futurist communities and research institutions
