Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present trend analyses and future-state visions to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Establish cross-functional futurist networks and publish thought leadership in industry journals
- Guide ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation protocols for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in futurism, innovation strategy, or technology forecasting roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive modeling and data-driven forecasting
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
