Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological convergence and market disruption scenarios through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategy
- Produce high-impact white papers and trend briefs for Fortune 500 partners
- Manage a global network of industry experts and academic collaborators
- Quantify long-term risk/opportunity matrices for emerging domains (quantum, AI governance, bio-integration)
- Design and maintain Horizon's proprietary foresight intelligence platform
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technology adoption patterns
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and quantitative forecasting tools
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (Web3, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience presenting complex futures concepts to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight platforms (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kumu)
