Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Visionary Program, developing and executing a strategic roadmap for emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, quantum systems, and climate innovation
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Advise on M&A opportunities aligned with 5-10 year technological trajectories
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented solutions in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology publications
