Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Produce compelling visual narratives and reports translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to track cutting-edge developments
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects with measurable impact
