Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning techniques
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation journals
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent professional accreditation
