- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline management and technology readiness

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends and adoption cycles
- Proven track record of developing scenario-based strategic frameworks
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and predictive analytics platforms
