You'll lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing integration, sustainable tech ecosystems, and human-AI symbiosis, directly influencing our product development and market positioning. Collaborate with C-suite executives to pioneer solutions that define the next decade of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead workshops with Fortune 500 clients to visualize and strategize for 2026 technological disruptions
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on quantum AI, climate tech convergence, and neuro-interfaces
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions including quantum-encrypted blockchain networks
- Build a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for trend intelligence
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-backed impact assessments
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced methodologies like Delphi analysis and cross-impact matrices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of publishing influential future-focused research or industry reports
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, climate tech, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Mastery of foresight methodologies including weak signal detection and causal layered analysis
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in distributed innovation environments
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
