Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and cultural trends to forecast 2026 market opportunities and disruptors
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Lead scenario-planning workshops that identify potential futures and mitigation strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications and represent InnovateX at global futurist forums
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future risks and opportunities through data-driven modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech disruption vectors
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., ACIF, APF) preferred
