Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Produce trend analysis reports influencing $500M+ product roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
- Represent company at global innovation summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience scaling foresight programs within enterprise environments
