Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the development of our long-term technical vision, identifying key emerging technologies and integration points for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead AI Integration: Oversee the architectural design and implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence systems, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics platforms.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to translate business goals into technical strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Drive the migration and modernization of legacy systems to ensure resilience and scalability in a rapidly evolving digital environment.
- R&D Leadership: Manage a dedicated research and development team tasked with prototyping solutions for future market demands.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all future-tech implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- AI Knowledge: Proven experience with Machine Learning frameworks, NLP, and Generative AI model fine-tuning.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast technological trends and implement forward-thinking solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
