Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for our platforms, ensuring readiness for emerging technologies and regulatory changes.
- System Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure microservices and cloud-native architectures capable of handling exponential growth.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of generative AI and machine learning models into core business processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for executive stakeholders and product teams.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with extensive experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
