Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead code reviews, ensuring best practices, performance optimization, and security standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical stack decisions and architecture planning.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance for speed and user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
