What You Will Do
As a Senior Engineer, you will not just write code; you will shape the future of our products. You will be expected to lead by example, mentoring junior developers while delivering robust, high-performance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput across various devices and networks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural planning sessions, and technical decision-making processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on technical challenges and career development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Experience with React or similar front-end libraries and a solid understanding of state management.
- Proficiency in Node.js and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
