Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable front-end and back-end web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to ensure best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions across all devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to improve code maintainability and system stability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
