Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement high-quality, scalable full-stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- System Optimization: Refactor legacy codebases to improve performance, security, and maintainability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Code Reviews: Conduct rigorous peer reviews to maintain our high engineering standards.
- CI/CD: Manage deployment pipelines and automate infrastructure as code (IaC) processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS.
- Database: Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide architectural guidance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting technical concepts.
- Availability: Must be available to work onsite in Seattle, WA (Hybrid/Remote options available).
