Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to implement responsive and intuitive interfaces.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, performance optimization, and security standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across the full stack.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first hybrid setting.
