Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or similar).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions during the contract term.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and state management libraries.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Database: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
