Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across development teams
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize application performance and ensure robust security protocols
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and documentation of code
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with React and Node.js
- Proven expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) and serverless architecture
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control (Git)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating complex web applications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with TypeScript and MongoDB preferred
