- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions

Qualifications
- 5+ years professional experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Expertise in responsive design principles and CSS-in-JS solutions
- Proven track record of building complex SPAs with TypeScript
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise-level applications
