Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Optimize cloud environments for cost-efficiency and performance monitoring
- Develop containerization strategies using Kubernetes and Docker
- Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2)
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless DevOps integration
- Document infrastructure processes and create runbooks for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps engineering
- Expertise in AWS/GCP services (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC) and networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and container orchestration
- Certifications (AWS/GCP Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
