Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Cloud Management: Oversee and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring cost-efficiency and scalability.
- IaC: Utilize Terraform to provision and manage infrastructure as code, maintaining version control and documentation.
- Containerization: Manage container orchestration using Kubernetes to ensure high availability and load balancing.
- Monitoring & Reliability: Implement robust monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Datadog) to proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
- Security: Enforce security best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA) across the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering roles.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep proficiency in AWS (or Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Scripting: Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
- IaC: Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with software development teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
