Join InnovateTech Solutions as a contract Senior DevOps Engineer and help shape the future of cloud infrastructure for Fortune 500 clients. This 6-month contract offers flexible remote work with occasional on-site collaboration in our Columbus innovation hub. You'll architect scalable solutions using cutting-edge technologies while working alongside elite engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and Jenkins
- Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS) and container orchestration with Docker
- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs and performance across AWS/Azure
- Automate infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve production issues
- Document infrastructure architecture and operational procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of DevOps experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Actions)
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure DevOps Engineer preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
