Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support business reporting needs.
- Create interactive, visually compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts (ETL, data modeling).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
