Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing, and Operations to define data requirements and analytical goals.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast business trends.
- Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
- Strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
