We are looking for a Sr. Creative Technologist to join our San Francisco team. You will be the bridge between our award-winning design team and the engineering execution, turning complex visual concepts into seamless, interactive realities on the web.

Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-fidelity, interactive web experiences using modern front-end technologies (React, Vue, or vanilla JS).
- Implement creative coding solutions, including WebGL, Three.js, and GLSL shaders, to deliver immersive visual storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with designers to translate static assets into dynamic, responsive interfaces that perform flawlessly.
- Optimize code for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility, ensuring a premium user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the studio.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions for client challenges.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development or creative coding.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expert knowledge of 3D graphics libraries such as Three.js, React Three Fiber, or WebGL.
- Demonstrated experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- A robust portfolio showcasing complex, interactive web projects or experimental creative coding work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development workflows.
