Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code through rigorous code reviews and unit testing.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure team best practices are followed.
- Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular) and server-side technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience is also accepted.
