Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough peer code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues and resolve technical debt efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
