Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure high-speed load times and responsiveness.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- CI/CD Implementation: Configure and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical debt and propose strategic solutions to improve system architecture.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Core Tech: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and TypeScript.
- Backend Skills: Experience with Node.js or Python is highly preferred.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS or Azure and containerization tools like Docker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Agile: Proven track record in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
