Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying emerging trends in generative AI and machine learning to drive long-term growth.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI systems that ensure security, scalability, and performance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation & R&D: Spearhead internal research initiatives and pilot programs to stay ahead of the competition in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Stakeholder Management: Present technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technology roadmaps and delivering them on time and within budget.
