Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning algorithms, specifically focusing on quantum-inspired neural networks.
- Conduct high-level research to identify and validate novel approaches in deep learning and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate research models into production pipelines.
- Lead technical strategy sessions and mentor junior researchers and data scientists.
- Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing global trends in AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning or AI research.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.) or open-source contributions.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
