Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models for the Project 2026 initiative, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures to solve unsolved problems in natural language processing and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineering and product management, to translate research into deployable solutions.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier global conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research or a related academic research role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a proven track record of implementing state-of-the-art models.
- Strong understanding of deep learning fundamentals, including CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and diffusion models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex, ambiguous problems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
