Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of novel deep learning algorithms and models.
- Conduct rigorous research to advance the state-of-the-art in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into production-ready software.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in research and development of AI/ML models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of publishing research papers in peer-reviewed venues.
- Experience with large-scale distributed training and MLOps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
