Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant neural networks for next-gen AI systems
- Lead research into explainable AI and ethical algorithmic frameworks
- Develop multimodal AI models processing text, vision, and quantum data
- Collaborate with neuromorphic hardware engineers on chip-level optimization
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional innovation teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in advanced ML/AI research
- Published work at NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI or equivalent tier
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming frameworks
- Strong background in Bayesian deep learning and causal inference
- Experience with distributed ML on quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end AI system deployment
