Responsibilities
- Lead High-Impact Research: Drive the research and development of cutting-edge Generative AI models, specifically targeting 2026 release milestones.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and optimize deep neural network architectures for superior performance and efficiency.
- Prototype & Deploy: Move research from theoretical papers to production-ready code, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with product teams and hardware engineers to integrate AI solutions into consumer and enterprise applications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformers.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI research or software engineering, with a track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to tackle novel problems and derive mathematical proofs for model behaviors.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
