Responsibilities
- Lead the R&D strategy for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Design and implement novel machine learning architectures that push the boundaries of current SOTA (State of the Art).
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex research findings into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, including A/B testing and model validation, to ensure robustness and safety.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier AI conferences.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior researchers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML research or a comparable senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong publication record in venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR.
- Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience with reinforcement learning or computer vision is a plus.
