Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of next-generation predictive AI models and neural networks.
- Define the technical roadmap and research priorities for the Horizon 2026 release cycle.
- Optimize existing machine learning models for real-time inference at massive scale.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Generative AI and advanced Quantum ML integration.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate complex research into scalable, user-facing features.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning engineering, research, and production deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
