Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our core AI and Quantum systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on hybrid classical-quantum models.
- Optimize neural networks for real-time inference on distributed quantum hardware.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Quantum Computing (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and quantum error correction.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
