Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement hybrid AI-Quantum architectures capable of processing petabytes of real-time data with zero latency.
- Algorithm Optimization: Develop and refine quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE) to solve complex optimization problems in supply chain and energy sectors.
- Lead R&D: Spearhead research initiatives exploring Neuromorphic Computing and its integration with traditional deep learning frameworks.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with theoretical physicists and data scientists to translate scientific breakthroughs into production-ready software.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure security and scalability in our core systems.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of cloud-native quantum simulators with on-premise high-performance computing clusters.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA; experience with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Modeling: Strong background in Deep Learning (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and experience deploying models in distributed environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle abstract mathematical problems and translate them into robust engineering solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
