Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI and quantum computing systems for enterprise deployment.
- Lead the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring readiness for 2026 standards.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team of data scientists and developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical strategy.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
