Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning and deep learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- System Architecture: Lead the technical design and architecture of scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Optimization: Fine-tune existing models for improved performance, accuracy, and inference speed.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML and experiment with novel approaches to solve complex business problems.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into production environments.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or a related role.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Mathematics: Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and calculus.
- Cloud Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
