Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning models with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs.
- Optimize existing neural networks for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Lead the end-to-end MLOps pipeline, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to prototype novel AI techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure data privacy and ethical AI compliance in all model deployments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
