Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines focused on LLMs and predictive analytics for 2026.
- Optimize Inference: Engineer high-performance models capable of processing billions of tokens in real-time to drive autonomous decision-making.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead experiments in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and edge computing to bring AI closer to the user.
- Mentorship: Guide a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Governance: Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex research concepts into production-ready software architectures.
