Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Strategy: Design and oversee the architecture of advanced AI models and machine learning pipelines to solve complex business problems.
- Innovation Management: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing applications) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Scalability & Performance: Optimize existing systems for high throughput and low latency, ensuring robust performance at scale.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Code Review & Standards: Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and documentation across all development projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on innovative solutions and technical debt reduction.
