Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, defining the technical roadmap for the next 3-5 years.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of large-scale machine learning models and neural networks capable of handling high-volume real-time data.
- Pioneering Research: Collaborate with our R&D team to explore emerging paradigms in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and edge computing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable, deployable software solutions.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Ensure high availability, security, and performance of all AI infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate abstract future trends into concrete technical strategies.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
