Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the long-term technical strategy, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and ready for the evolving demands of 2026.
- Pioneer Emerging Tech: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing foundations, Edge AI) into our core architecture.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end design of complex distributed systems, ensuring high availability and performance under load.
- Talent & Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and security compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI or Future Tech sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java; proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry trends and define technical roadmaps 2-3 years in advance.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale projects on time.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex architectural challenges.
