Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures for natural language processing and computer vision.
- Lead the research and optimization of model inference pipelines to ensure high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate theoretical research into practical applications.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation of novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and generalization.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, optimization techniques, and distributed computing systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
